This public notice explains the standard Commercial Connections role. Specific written terms control an accepted vendor, buyer or connection arrangement.
No guarantee
Aperture Research Works does not guarantee sales, buyers, revenue, vendor approval, successful introduction, commission, payment or transaction completion.
Direct transaction responsibility
Buyer and vendor are responsible for their own technical evaluation, product or service claims, quotation, pricing, negotiation, contract, fulfilment, installation, warranties, payment, tax, import/export, support and other transaction obligations unless separately agreed in writing.
Aperture does not bind either party
Commercial Connections does not authorise Aperture to bind a buyer or vendor merely because Aperture researched or introduced the parties.
Compensation
A vendor may pay Aperture an agreed referral, introduction, opportunity-development or commercial connection commission when qualifying business results. The applicable written agreement defines scope, protected account rules, qualifying revenue, duration and settlement mechanics. Material conflicts are handled transparently where relevant.
Regulated activity
Certain sectors and transaction types may regulate brokerage, referral, finder or transaction-based compensation. Securities, investment, lending, insurance, certain real-estate activity and other regulated areas may require additional jurisdiction-specific review. Aperture will not treat public availability of information as permission to perform a regulated activity.
International work
Commercial Connections may operate internationally where product, jurisdiction, territory, delivery capability, sanctions, licensing and the commercial route make sense. No statement on this site means that Aperture can lawfully broker or receive transaction-based compensation in every country or sector.
Established relationships
Aperture does not seek to interfere with established active vendor-client relationships. Where a prior relationship is identified, the connection route may be withdrawn or separately defined where a genuinely distinct opportunity exists.

Governing language
English is the governing public language for this site. Translation convenience does not expand the service, alter a professional boundary or override agreed written terms.
