Unique communication links
Aperture may send an opaque unique link connected to an existing professional communication. The token is designed to select more relevant predefined content and associate limited website engagement signals with the relevant Aperture communication. It should not encode a person’s name, email address, company name, phone number, internal score or other directly readable personal information.
What the personalised page does
The page may change the order of a headline, benefit blocks, illustrative scenarios, FAQs and calls to action according to the relevant commercial context. It is not intended to display private research notes or the full internal Experience Profile.
Forwarded links
A personalised link may be forwarded. The experience is therefore designed to remain sensible to another person in the same organisation and to avoid exposing private personal information simply because the token is present.
First-party engagement signals
Aperture may record an arrival, a user-driven interaction, a scenario selection or a meaningful email action. A URL request is not treated as proof that a person viewed the page because corporate security systems may inspect links automatically. Behavioural events are signals, not proof of reading, understanding or buying intent.
Cookie-free core
The core personalised experience uses the unique link for context and does not require a persistent cookie. Non-essential analytics or additional tracking should only be added when there is a clear operational reason and the applicable privacy and consent requirements are addressed.
Data minimisation
The COM 01 implementation stores pseudonymous experience references and privacy-hashed network/browser identifiers for limited first-party event correlation. It does not intentionally log enquiry content through the analytics endpoint.
External resources
Personalised arrival pages avoid unnecessary third-party resources. The page uses a restrictive referrer policy so the unique token is not unnecessarily disclosed to unrelated sites.
International privacy context
Aperture Research Works works internationally and assesses information handling according to purpose, relevance and the applicable jurisdiction. Privacy rights and requirements vary. The main Aperture privacy notice remains relevant to enquiries and professional contacts more broadly.
